My story
I did not start with a plan. I started because I needed a way forward.
I’m Olalekan Oyekunle. What I have today started from a period when I honestly had almost no direction.
Before FHG
There was a time I was doing almost nothing.
I would wake up early in the morning, go to the Mosque, come back and have no clear mission for the day.
01
I had tried to find my own way before.
A friend once told me Android developers could make around $90,000 per year. That number caught my attention immediately.
I asked him how long it would take me to know Android Development very well. He said about 3 years. I asked whether it was possible to learn faster. He said yes, because some people had done it. So I started.
02
Then everything stopped.
I was learning with my PC, but at one point my phone got spoilt. I had no proper data connection, no money and no practical way to continue the Android Development journey.
I was still in school, but I became so frustrated with myself that I could hardly even go for classes. At one point, I had already made up my mind that I would collect a leave of absence from school and go and look for something I could do to make money.
03
The turning point happened at the Mosque.
One day, the person who later introduced the opportunity to me came to the same Mosque. I saw him working on Fiverr.
What surprised me was not only that he was making money through Fiverr. I could not believe that somebody I could meet physically actually understood how the platform worked. At the time, Fiverr looked extremely difficult to me.
I went to meet him. He told me I could learn it too and asked me to come to their office.
04
I came to the office and started from what was selling.
My first skill was Email Marketing, because that was what they suggested I should start with. It was not about asking, “What do I feel like learning?” It was about starting with something the market was already paying for.
That same market-first thinking is still how we help people get started today.
My first proof
1 month, 23 days. Then $70.
It took me 1 month and 23 days to make my first money through the business. My first payment was $70.
That first result changed my thinking completely. Since then, I have kept learning, taking projects and expanding what I can do.

What this business changed for me
The results became bigger than the phone I originally needed.
Since joining, I have personally bought more than five phones, bought PCs, and I have also helped other people achieve phones of their own.
Across my active team, more than 25 people now have their own PCs to work with, courtesy of the business.
I have a 2-bedroom apartment in Ikorodu and another 2-bedroom apartment in Ile-Ife, courtesy of the business.
I sponsored myself fully through school without support from home. I also send money home to my Mum, Dad, siblings and people I love.
What means even more to me is that I now have people in my team doing the same thing I am doing and creating their own progress too.
Why I keep doing this
Our business is a business of helping people.
I do not want this story to stop with me.
I have helped people get phones. People in my team are getting PCs, projects and income opportunities of their own.
I look forward to helping more people get started, learn the right skills, build their own results and eventually help somebody else too.
The wider system
Oyeola Online × FHG
My team is part of the wider FHG community. The business is physical and office-based. Mentorship, meetings, training support and team building happen physically, while the digital skills give members a way to serve clients and make active income online.
Across FHG, there are over 100,000 active members, and people are at very different stages of life. Some people are still trying to sort out basic needs. Some are working towards a better phone or laptop. Some are already buying cars, building houses, travelling and taking care of family.
That is why I do not like judging another person’s result from my own level. A phone may look small to you, but for somebody who could not afford one before, that can be a serious breakthrough.
Among people who commit seriously, a first $200 milestone often comes around the 5-month mark. Some get there in about 2 months, while some take closer to 1 year. Everybody’s journey is different.
